1.  How do I place an order?

  1. Our minimum order requirement is $100; your order can have any style/color or quantity as long as the order total is $100 or more. Please note that we are a wholesale business and cannot cater to individual purchases. We may request business verification to confirm resale purposes and reserve the right to cancel your order if these requirements are not met.

2.  What payment methods are accepted?

    1. We accept all major credit cards for US domestic-based customers. PayPal is the only accepted payment method for international customers.

3.   What is the typical lead time after an order is placed?

    1. Our order processing time is 1-2 business days. If you need your order to go out within the same day of your order, our cutoff time is 2 PM ET. All orders submitted after that will be shipped out the following business day.

4.  Where do you ship out & how long will it take to get my order?

    1. Our warehouse ships out from New York & transit times will vary per your location.

5.   What if I do not have a Tax ID/VAT number?

    1. We expect our customers to have their business license/Tax ID ready to validate their business at anytime. Only businesses are authorized to make purchases from our wholesale website. If for some reason you do not have one, you can briefly explain why in that same section when registering an account with us.

6.  What is your return policy?

    1. Exchanges or Credit/Refunds will only be issued under two conditions:
        1. Defective product(s)
        2. Incorrect product(s) received
      We accept returns up to 30 days of the purchase date. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization #. Please contact us at shop@kbethos.com or 516-453-5910 for assistance.

7.   Why should I register an account when I can check out as a guest?

    1. A registered user will have the benefit of being able to apply promotional discount codes as well as being able to keep track of their order history. Registered users can also store their information and checkout faster.

8.   Do you offer free shipping?

    1. Unfortunately we do not. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

9.   Do you have any discounts or promotional codes?

    1. Yes, we have promotional discount codes time to time. Customers can discover these codes either on our homepage or via The KBETHOS E-mail Newsletters. Please note that only registered account users can apply these discount codes & cannot be combined with other discounts.

10.   Do you offer any additional services such as custom hat designing or embroidering?

    1. Unfortunately we do not do any type of custom orders nor embroidery.
